    NEC-ISA 29th Annual Tree Climbing Championship is this Weekend in CT!

    Watch as the region's most skilled climbers compete for the coveted title of New England Champion and a chance to compete in the grand finale, known as the International Tree Climbing Championship, to be held this summer in Columbus, Ohio!     Emerald Ash Borer Detected in Maine for the First Time

    Officials at the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (DACF) report that emerald ash borer (EAB) has been found in Madawaska, Maine. Take note of the state and federal rules that ban movement of untreated firewood ( Read the full press release from DAFT to find out more. With this discovery, Rhode Island is the only New England state where EAB has not yet been detected.
