Dr. Bryant Scharenbroch, Assistant Professor, University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and Research Fellow, Center for Tree Science, The Morton Arboretum, will cover how soil quality is assessed and discuss how this can be used for urban tree management in his upcoming webinar. Join us as he explores how this information can be applied to real-world situations for the arborist and urban forester.
Dr. Bryant Scharenbroch received his Ph.D. in Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, his M.S. in Plant Science from the University of Idaho, and B.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point in Urban Forestry and Forest Management. Dr. Scharenbroch’s research interests are pedology and soil quality. Bryant has published over fifty peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. He has presented over two hundred times at industry and scientific conferences. Dr. Scharenbroch has served as a Chair of the Urban and Anthropogenic Soils Division of the Soil Science Society of America and as Associate Editor for Arboriculture and Urban Forestry.
