Taking the Guesswork Out of Fruit Tree Pruning & Care
Fruit trees are year-round players in the edible landscape. Their interesting form throughout the year and beautiful display in the spring are punctuated by the bounty of delicious fruit in summer and fall. Learn to manage fruit trees that are structurally strong, able to develop flower buds, set fruit each year, and carry a crop to harvest. Understand the basic physiology controlling a fruit tree's response to management. Explore techniques to reduce pining and improve fruiting, as well as pruning and training techniques.
